Carecall's monitoring and falls response service is now 24/7/365!

After listening to customer feedback, we have made changes to Carecall's services which will help the people of Stockport to live well at home.

With effect from 6th Jan 2020, our 'Monitoring and Falls Response' service will join our 'Monitoring only' service in operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – every day of the year!

If you subscribe to our 'Monitoring and Falls Response' service and you have fallen but are not injured, our local team will make their way to your address to help you. They will do this no matter the time, day or night. If you are injured, we will call an ambulance for you immediately and follow up to ensure you’re safe.

What does this mean if I'm an existing customer? 

  • If you are a 'Monitoring only' customer, you will not notice any difference to the services we provide you.
  • If you are a 'Monitoring and Falls Response' customer then you will now receive falls response support any-time of the day or night - whereas before this service stopped at 10PM. The costs will stay the same.
