If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 21 days to return the product with the original packaging and all contents.

Should you choose to cancel your agreement with us within the 21-days of installation, we will remove the equipment free of charge.

After the initial 21-day cooling off period, you will give us 28-days notice to cancel your service. During this time charges will still be issued for provision of the service. If at the end of the 28-day period all telecare equipment has not been returned to Carecall, charges for the weekly service will continue to be issued until all equipment is returned.
