UK based 24hr contact centre

Our friendly, knowledgeable operators answered 98.58% of alarm calls answered within one minute in 2016/17 and are based at our contact centre in Stockport in the United Kingdom.

Mobile Warden Response Service (Stockport only)

Carecall provides a Mobile Warden Response Service within Stockport between 7.00am and 10.00pm, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. Outside of these hours if required our trained Call Handler will contact either your named contact or emergency services.
