Proven experience

Carecall has been helping people to remain independent in their homes for over 30 years. During 2016/17 we responded to 161,134 emergency calls. Our friendly, knowledgeable operators answered 98.58% of alarm calls answered within one minute in 2016/17 and are based at our contact centre based in Stockport in the United Kingdom.
