We want 10 people to join our Carecall Concierge Team as Officers, the team will provide 24/7 support to Carecall's wide ranging customer base both in person and over the phone. Officers tasks may involve:
Attending to a person in their own home who has had a fall and using specialist lifting equipment to help them up
Monitoring the vast network of CCTV in Stockport and dealing with issues pro-actively as they arise
Managing the phones and working with Police, Ambulance Crews and Social Services
The job is extremely varied and very rewarding and the service operates 24/7/365. Officers will work shifts which will include a selection of earlies (7am-3pm), lates (2.30pm-10.30pm) and nights (10pm-7am). All of our Officers know their shifts 16 weeks in advance.
The post requires you to hold a full UK Driving Licence. However, your own vehicle is NOT essential.
