For nearly 40 years, we’ve been helping to keep anyone needing a little extra support at home safe through technology enabled care. We’re Carecall, a 24-hour telemonitoring and response service backed by Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council.
We are available around the clock, every day of the year to monitor and respond to falls and emergencies within the Borough. We also provide monitoring services across the UK for anyone needing a little extra help at home, if they have a falls response service included in their package.
Our customers use our telecare devices, such as a personal alarm or monitoring sensor, to inform us when there is a problem. An alert is received by our UK-based call centre, where a friendly and helpful Carecall Advisor will respond and dispatch appropriate assistance. Appropriate assistance could be the emergency services, a trusted emergency contact such as a loved one or carer, or a Carecall Officer who can make their way to the customer’s home and help them back on their feet.
