If you need to use Carecall during the update, just push your button as normal, you can also contact our emergency number at 0161 218 1655. We are here to support you and ensure that you have access to the help you need.
What happens if I push my button during this time?
If there are any activations during this time, they will queue and come through to us as soon as the service is back online.
How to know when your equipment is back online
Your Carecall Unit will display a solid green light if you see a red light for more than a few moments please contact the Carecall emergency number at 0161 218 1655.
